Transparency obligations arrive August 2026. High-risk obligations phase in through 2027–28 under the Digital Omnibus timeline. That deferral is not a reprieve — it is a window: the organisations classifying their systems and shaping their documentation now will enter the enforcement period with evidence instead of exposure. How we deliver — Govern, then Build, then Run
Compliance leads our process, it doesn't follow it. Before code: AI Act risk classification, GDPR/DPDP data-flow mapping, and a written Compliance Brief that the architecture is designed around. During the build: technical documentation shaped to Annex IV, decisions recorded as they're made. At delivery: a working system plus the evidence pack — processing records, risk register, documentation — that makes it audit-ready by default, not by project.

EU engagements are delivered with our Romanian compliance partner — a practising Data Protection Officer and ISO consultant — giving you EU-resident governance oversight, GDPR expertise in your jurisdiction, and a single accountable delivery team across both entities.
